Who you are buying from

The goods
Every piece is second-hand, one of one, and sold as described — with its condition grade, written condition notes, and real measurements on the product page.
Ordering & payment
Clicking Buy reserves the piece for 30 minutes while you pay via Stripe's hosted checkout. The contract forms when payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email.
Returns
See returns & refunds — the statutory 14-day right applies to every order.
