Returns & refunds
Every piece is one of one, and every order carries the full statutory return right.
Your 14-day right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery, and you then have a further 14 days to send the piece back.
The security tag must be intact — a removed tag ends the return right.
How to start a return

Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, within 14 days of the piece arriving back with us.
